The publishers of this site are against the plans of the UK ISP networks to add the Webwise adware to the networks during the course of 2009. The tracking of everything you do on the Internet, the copying of every page you see in your browser (includes copyright infringement of this site), the selling of your surfing data to a USA based advertising company is considered by many to be an invasion of your privacy and by others to be a processing of an individual's data which should be illegal.
Until early March 2010 there is a petition to the Prime Minister, asking that these tracking systems are fully investigated and that legislation is updated to protect the confidentiality of communications over the Internet.
